Current research
I am currently leading the Everyday Languaging Project which studies languaging among school students in a culturally diverse area of Copenhagen, and participating in the SoMeFamily Project, dealing with social media activities within families viewed across generations.
Fields of interest
In my research, I aim to understand how speakers employ and experience linguistic variation in their daily life. In particular, I am interested in the concepts of languaging, enregisterment and language ideology.
