- You can book two types of conversations:
- Study and career guidance
- International guidance
- For regular guidance, you need to book a 15-minute appointment. For larger and more comprehensive topics, you should choose a 25-minute session.
- As a starting point, the conversations take place physically on campus in our room 24.2.17, unless you indicate that you want a Zoom or phone conversation in the comments field - see below under Important.
How to book
If you're booking a call for the first time, create a user account. You do this by selecting Ny kunde / New customer. Use your KU mail if you are a KU student.
- Once you are logged in, you will see an overview of available times.
- If you have forgotten your password, select Glemt kodeord / Forgot password.
Important!
In the comments section you must:
- describe briefly and precisely what you want to talk to us about - a kind of 'agenda'
- mention if you want us to call you or send you a Zoom link on the day.
If you are a student, you can print a signed proof of grades or study activity for e.g. student housing on KUnet. You can find the page here.
Other documents that require a stamp and signature can be sent to: studieadm-engerom@hum.ku.dk
Remember to write your name and student number in the email.

All student counselling is confidential. We will never pass on information you have given us, without your expressed consent. However, we are obliged to report instances of examination fraud, cheating etc.
