NOTE! On 17 June, the student counseling will get a new email address. From this day on, please write to when you want to get in touch with us.

  • You can book two types of conversations:
    • Study and career guidance
    • International guidance
  • For regular guidance, you need to book a 15-minute appointment. For larger and more comprehensive topics, you should choose a 25-minute session.
  • As a starting point, the conversations take place physically on campus in our room 24.2.17, unless you indicate that you want a Zoom or phone conversation in the comments field - see below under Important.

How to book

If you're booking a call for the first time, create a user account. You do this by selecting Ny kunde / New customer. Use your KU mail if you are a KU student.

  • Once you are logged in, you will see an overview of available times.
  • If you have forgotten your password, select Glemt kodeord / Forgot password.

In the comments section you must:

  • describe briefly and precisely what you want to talk to us about - a kind of 'agenda'
  • mention if you want us to call you or send you a Zoom link on the day.

If you are a student, you can print a signed proof of grades or study activity for e.g. student housing on KUnet. You can find the page here.

Other documents that require a stamp and signature can be sent to:

Remember to write your name and student number in the email.
